Well, you may find number of article directories for article submission. All you need to do is to search on Google with the name article directories.

One of the biggest contributed directory listing sites known is dmoz.org - I would start listing there and maybe branch out to its listee's in the Computer section.

On the other hand if you mean a script to submit to 1000 directories for you then try google or hotscripts
