The problem is the router itself _not_ any software (be it msn gadgets or google toolbars) as is incorrectly stated around the interwebs.
This known bug with the Sky branded Sagem router usually happens when the router is switched on after the pc.
You can either enter the username & password for the router (the defaults are admin/sky) & tick the remember checkbox or you can just remember to turn on your router _before_ your pc.
