Unhappy Freezing AMD Athlon FX-55

I am having problems with my computer randomly freezing on a regular basis requiring a re-boot.

I thought it could be an overheating problem and ran it without the case, re-pasted the heat sink added another fan - still the same.

I then upgraded the PSU changed the graphics card, checked the ram still no joy!

I am getting desperate - please be gentle with me I am not technically minded.

Sound like RAM problem. You should change it once. I hope you will get solution.
