Default Printer drivers
Hi,

My printer driver's wont install. It gets to half way then says 'installation cannot continue', or it sometimes even blue screens!

Help!!

Has the printer worked before?

Try uninstalling the previous drivers and then installing.

That didn't work - it still blue screened! I tried downloading the latest drivers, but that still caused a blue screen!

Was the printer switched off when you tried to reinstall the drivers?

I was able to do it - with the printer switched off, I deleted and reinstalled the drivers and worked!!
