Luddite needs help!

When I watch a movie or tv show online, either on the laptop screen or when i have the laptop hooked up to my t.v. every 10 minutes i get a blue screen with 'No signal.' ~As soon as I move the mouse it comes back on. It's not my screensaver and anyhow I have set that to 60 minutes! Can anyone help please? Thank you for your time.

Is it always only on the same site? If yes, then I'd say its an automated thing to get you to waggle your mouse to ensure you're really there. That way it prevents automated downloading etc.

Try reinstall the latest mainboard chipset driver and reboot laptop.
Then reinstall the latest VGA driver and reboot.

Also turn off the power management on the laptop when connecting to AC and use "always on" power scheme.

If the no signal is on the tv screen - it could be that you have the monitor set to auto-shutoff after 10mins
