    Default Compaq laptop crashing

    I am having problems loading mr Compaq Presario V4000. When I start it loads a black page given the 4 options of opening: Safe mode, safe mode withn networking etc.

    I have tried a Hard Drive Self Test but this returns as no fault found. Any suggestions

    What happens when you select normal boot?
    Need to know your IP? Need to find WHOIS data for a website or IP address? Want to know your Google PageRank? Then you need Domain Tools!
