Laptop Ram

I want to buy some RAM for my old HP laptop and the ram is rated at 133mhz. If I buy ram that runs at 166mhz, will it work?

That should work fine - it just means that the memory is not being utilised to its full extent.

The problem would occur if the FSB of the processor was faster than the bandwidth of the ram - this would create a bottleneck.
